Bulk Wood Pellets, Blown Straight Into Your Store
Bulk blown delivery is the simplest way to fuel a pellet boiler. We make ENplus A1 wood pellets at our own mills in Enniskillen and Invergordon, load them onto our own lorries, and our trained drivers blow them straight into your store. The same company makes the fuel and delivers it, so there is no third party in between to damage or contaminate it.
We deliver bulk pellets to homes, farms and businesses across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The price you are quoted online includes delivery and VAT.

Our delivery fleet has specifically designed vehicles and trained drivers for bulk wood pellet deliveries.

How bulk delivery works
- Get a live price and order. Enter your postcode and quantity in our online quote. You do not need an account for your first order.
- We schedule your delivery. Once it is scheduled we email you, typically the day before the lorry arrives, at the email address you ordered with.
- Turn your boiler off. For safety, switch the boiler off while the store is being filled.
- The driver connects and blows the pellets in. The hose connects to the fill point on your store and the pellets are blown in. We offer dust extraction during delivery if you have a 4-inch vent pipe and a power socket nearby.
Our lead times are normally 4-5 working days, rising to up to 10 working days in winter, and they can vary during peak times. Delivery can also be affected by weather and location. Ordering early, before your store runs low, is the best way to avoid a wait. Full details are in our delivery guidelines.
Before you order: access and your store
- Hose reach. We can blow pellets up to 20 metres from the lorry. Longer distances need a signed disclaimer.
- Lorry access. Our delivery lorries are about 12 metres long and 3.9 metres high, so check the road, gateway and any overhead cables can take a vehicle that size.
- Fill point. Your store needs a male A-400 camlock connector, mounted where the driver can reach it, around chest height. Drivers cannot carry hoses through your home.
- Pipework. Use earthed metal delivery pipes, with no more than two soft bends and no 90-degree bends, which break pellets up.
- Air outlet. Keep the vent fittings clear so air can escape while the store fills.
- Businesses. We carry out a site visit before the first delivery to a commercial site.
Pellet store types
A bulk store is usually either a manufactured storage unit, such as a fabric silo or a purpose-made hopper, or a store built into an outbuilding or room. Either way it must be dry, sealed and well ventilated, with a rubber sheet opposite the inlet so pellets do not strike a hard wall, and no electrical fittings inside. A self-built store needs a floor sloping at 40 degrees or more towards the feed system, and walls strong enough to hold several tonnes. Our pellet storage guide has the full checklist for both.
Wood pellets can give off carbon monoxide in an enclosed store. Always ventilate a store before going inside, and follow HSE guidance on safe storage and cleaning.
Why ENplus A1 matters for your boiler
ENplus A1 is the highest grade of the international wood pellet quality scheme, and it covers the whole supply chain, including storage and delivery. Uncertified pellets can look identical but behave very differently in a boiler:
- Higher ash content - up to 10 times greater - meaning less heat and more boiler maintenance.
- A lower ash melting temperature, raising the risk of clinker blocking the grate.
- Higher chlorine content, which can corrode the heat exchanger.
- More fines (dust) because the pellets are less durable, which can upset the fuel feed.
Our pellets are made from the sawdust of our own sawmills, with no additives, and screened before delivery. See our specifications and certificates and how we make our wood pellets.

I don’t have a bulk store. What are my options?
