Wood pellets in Ireland: questions

How much do wood pellets cost in Ireland?

Our bagged wood pellets start from €312.69 for a 500kg pallet, including VAT and delivery (prices checked 12 October 2026). Bulk blown pellets are priced per tonne. The online quote shows the exact price for your address.

Do you deliver to my county?

Yes. We deliver nationwide in the Republic of Ireland. Enter your address in the online quote to see your price, or contact us if you want to check access first.

Which pallet size should I order?

All three are pallets of 10kg bags. A 500kg pallet has 50 bags, for smaller stores or less room to keep bags. A 750kg pallet has 75 bags and suits most pellet stoves and smaller stores. A 960kg pallet has 96 bags, for homes with more storage room or a bigger heating load.

Can I use your pellets in a pellet stove?

Yes. Our ENplus A1 pellets suit pellet stoves and biomass boilers. Most stove owners buy bagged pellets, as the 10kg bags are easy to carry and pour into the hopper.

Do your prices include VAT and delivery?

Yes. The price we quote is the price you pay, with VAT and delivery included and no hidden extras.

Where are Balcas wood pellets made?

At our own mill in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, from the sawdust left over from our sawmills. See how we make our wood pellets.
