At Balcas Energy, we are proud to be Wood Pellet Warriors for Humanity, committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. This year, instead of Black Friday, we’re celebrating Green Week—supporting Warriors for Humanity in their mission to plant 1 million trees in Kenya.

Supporting Warriors for Humanity

During Balcas Energy’s Green Week, we will donate 10 trees for every online order placed. These trees will be planted in Kenya, helping to combat climate change.

Who Are Warriors for Humanity?

Warriors for Humanity aim to plant 1 million trees in East Africa, removing 31,250 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere. A team of 50 Irish participants has traveled to Kenya, planting trees that provide food, income, shelter, and tools for local communities.

Why Balcas Energy Supports This Cause

This year, we’re backing Warriors for Humanity in solidarity with Glennon Brothers, who are sponsoring Longford warrior Mickey Quinn. He is in Kenya, directly improving living conditions for communities affected by climate change.
