The winner will be announced on Balcas Energy facebook page and once announced we will wait for their message back on facebook with their full name & delivery address for 48 hours. We will then send the contact details to SmartBunker™, who is responsible to ensure the the delivery straight to the winner’s house and any delivery issues will be resolved with them directly. If the announced winner doesn’t contact us within 48 hours , we will then proceed with drawing another winner.
